The price you received is the amount we'll put on hold the morning of your booking. The cleaning length and price above are estimates, not the guaranteed final length or cost of the cleaning.

It’s possible that we may need to add time onto your clean if the home is in rough shape, our housekeepers need to spend time picking up and moving things before they can start cleaning, or for any other reason that might cause the clean to take longer than expected.

In the event that we need to add extra time, we will contact you as soon as we make that determination. The first 30 minutes of additional time are complimentary, but after that, extra time will be charged $55 per hour.

Our housekeepers work at different speeds; you are being charged for the entire job being completed, not the specific amount of hours your housekeeper is cleaning. The time estimate is designed to help you plan around them cleaning your home. If a housekeeper or their team finishes early, and confirms with you that the work on the checklist is done to your liking, the job is considered complete, and they will leave.

We will not charge you any extra without contacting you first to get your express consent.
